Vendor Registration - Gahanna Summer Bash and Camp Expo

This kick-off to summer festival is a great way to connect with local families during the season. Fun event that helps families connect with area business, find summer camps, classes, education, care & programs for adults/kids, items for their home, shopping or simply connecting with parents / moms. It will attract families and community from Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, New Albany, Blacklick, and surrounding Columbus area. Great way to find new customers with 2,500-3,000+ attendees. It will be fun!


  • When: May 10th 2024 (Friday, 5 - 8PM)
  • Where: 425 Hamilton Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230 (Shepherd Christian School)
  • Who Attends: Families from Gahanna, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, New Albany, Blacklick, and surrounding Columbus area.
  • How it works: Outdoor event! Families pre-register to attend the event and it's various fun activities. Admission is free.
  • Expected Attendance: 2,500-3,000+



  • Why families attend the event: This family event connects parents with classes (kids or adults), summer camps (day or overnight), education, care, & programs, local community resources, health & wellness, items for their house, shopping, or simply things that you need when you are an adult (insurance, buying a home, or just other adult stuff).

  • Fun items: Fun Summer Kick-off festival includes bounce park, mini golf, carnival games, special princess & superhero visit, magician performance, music, stage performances, balloon artist, face painter, duck matching game (win either mini beach ball, bubbles, squishy toy or candy), prize wheel, lucky coin game, prize pinball, lollipop game, petting zoo, pony rides, cake walk contest, hula hoop & jump rope contest, free cotton candy, cookies, popcorn, food & treat trucks and more!
  • Summer Camp Expo: Find great options from day camps, overnight camps and more.
  • Gahanna 5k or Adventure-Bubble Run: Run/walk the beautiful Big Walnut Creek trail in the Gahanna 5k or do the super fun Adventure-Bubble Run .5 and 1 mile adventure run (with tons of foam & prizes!)
  • What to do at the event: Find local resources, classes, shopping products, kids items. plus discover and shop for neat things for your home.
